She recently served as the presenter for a webinar we hosted, educating association boards on roofing essentials, and her expertise was extremely well received. In 2023/2024 we required three (3) new roofs and proceeded to hunt. The Board of Directors obtained many proposals, one of which was Campany Roofing. Their proposal was selected over all and was the best thing that could have happened. Their work was exemplary and they lived up to all that was presented. Campany Roofing did an outstanding job for our large condominium association with 43 buildings. They assigned an on-site project manager, coordinated seamlessly with our residents, and at times had nearly 100 workers on-site—yet everything ran smoothly and professionally. They provided a detailed estimate, finished on schedule and within budget, and kept every area clean and safe throughout the project. The quality of their work has truly held up—almost a year later, we haven’t experienced a single leak. Campany’s crews were organized, respectful, and highly skilled. I have worked with Campany Roofing since 2011 on oceanfront hi-rise buildings. I only recommend Campany Roofing for Hi-rise condominium buildings. They know how to install a roofing system but more importantly, how to maintain it. James Campany and Iver Ahrens are fabulous to work with.
