Less than 2 yrs installed roof with extensive damage due to poor install. Concrete tiles were supposed to withstand 120 mph wind had they been properly installed. Poor workmanship. Zero warranty.

Had them out to give us an estimate on a warranty roof repair, but can't get on the schedule. Been trying for weeks now to get a date set and every week we are told "it will be sometime this week" but then no one shows up or calls back. Very unprofessional that they can't come correct the work they did incorrectly in the first place. Find a different company for your needs!

It has been 2 weeks now since my initial service request, and I have received no communication despite multiple follow-up attempts. Because there is a possible warranty issue on my leaking roof installed only 5 years ago, I do not have the option to utilize an alternate service provider. Very frustrating.

Our builder contracted this company for our roofing. No sealant around the vents or silicone underneath to prevent water seepage. This ended up causing a water leak and mold to grow. Ended up having a separate company come out and replace every vent on the house.

Called the office and left voicemails several times over 2 months after initial assessment and proposal. Was not able to receive any response on getting the roof repair service scheduled. Very unprofessional.
