We highly recommend Campbell Home Improvement. They helped us with two major projects this spring- a screened in porch and finishing our third floor attic space with a living space and full bathroom. Their quotes were reasonable enough for us to complete both projects at once, versus spacing them out like we anticipated. There were opportunities for some add-ons (EZ Breeze windows on the porch, some additional cutout spaces in the attic, etc.) but their suggestions were never oversold or "pitchy," but rather quality recommendations that have helped us use our space even better. They are organized and knowledgable and our vision was not only heard but executed beautifully. The deck came out terrible. Uneven cuts, boards cupping, a lot of the wood has split. The deck looks like a giant crate. Deck is only 6 months old. I did not get a skilled crew and very little supervision. Deck failed inspection twice due to their mistakes. Used a mix of nails and screws that are not even flush to the wood did not nail or screw them properly. After promising to contact me I got the run around. I will update when we have a verdict from court.

My deck was in bad shape. The stairs were a hazard and boards were rotting. I got my deck completely refurbished. The stairs were completely rebuilt, the deck and rails resurfaced and added a new set of steps and a pergola. This was done through hot and humid weather, random thunderstorms and rain. They got the job done and made no excuses! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work received.

Just had our beautiful deck built last week. We opted for the Trex materials and couldn't be happier with the results. Had a large deck built partially surrounding a 27' pool. Deck was quickly constructed, and we were kept informed when the team was not and could not be here. Team was all business and cleaned up well after themselves. We have thoroughly enjoyed it all summer and will for years to come
