We called Justin at Campbell Paint Company for an estimate for removing popcorn ceilings & painting a bedroom, bathroom & hallway. Justin arrived very quickly & gave us a very detailed estimate. He sent an email to backup his estimate. Justin is a very professional & knowledgeable owner & we really appreciate his easygoing approach. We loved him and his estimates so we hired his team. Within 2 days our work was complicated. The crew of 3 arrived each morning promptly at 7 & were gone by 3pm. This crew was respectful & were very neat & hard workin every minute they were here. Beware. I received a quote and wanted to proceed with work. They showed up demanding a $4200 deposit. After a stand down from the workers and threat that Justin was coming to get his money I agreed to a $2500 deposit. Which was 25% I was not willing to pay 42% deposit. After one day on the job of painting my vinyl soffits I checked the paint and it stated on the paint can NOT intended for vinyl. I immediately contacted Justin and he stated misinformation. I then contacted Sherwin Williams and was told not to use. Upon reviewing my quote I also discovered the paint I requested and he quoted was not brought to the job.
