We wanted to install crown molding on our kitchen cabinets that were in our new home. We called Campbell's Kitchen Cabinets and they confirmed that they had an order for kitchen cabinets for our address. They ordered the crown molding which took a couple weeks to arrive. The ends were split, so they ordered more on warranty. We got the replacements and they were split too, but we had enough for our job. When we held the crown molding up to the cabinets, the color was a bit off and the finish was a bit different. Also, we had nothing to attach the crown to on the cabinets. We contacted Campbell's Kitchen Cabinets and they double checked the order and found out that our cabinets were only an estimate, not an actual order. I own a small remodeling business in Lincoln. I have used Campbell’s Cabinets for more than 10 kitchen projects and a handful of bathrooms projects. Jenn is awesome at helping with the layout to maximize the space. Matt is always quick to respond if anything is needed and does a great job with my customers in the showroom, showing all options and helping guide the customers in their decisions. I have personally visited the factory where the cabinets are made and am very impressed with the Koch brand. I have only had a couple small issues with the cabinets and the manufacturer warranty covered it with no questions asked.

We had a fabulous experience working with Matt and Jenn on our kitchen remodel. They both took the time to listen to what we wanted, helped guide us to the right options for us, and were very communicative throughout the whole process. I'd highly recommend them.

We were at their show room today(4/7/25) we arrived at 2:15. Went in, no one at front desk, waited then proceeded into the show room, still no one. We heard a lady in an office talking about her stress (guessing that was a personal call) To finish, we took our business elsewhere.

Do not use this company. If I could give it zero stars I would. Matt and Jenn do not pay attention to details and are awful to work with, as well as very unprofessional. When a mistake that they made it pointed out, and there is email proof to show that they messed up, they answer by ignoring you and hanging up on your calls. When working on a new home build and making the biggest investment of your life, they instead are condescending and rude. I am so upset at how poorly they have treated us through this process. Please, use anyone else, they will take your money and think nothing of you in the process. We now have to live with cabinets that are not correct and have no other choice. This company is the worst I've worked with in the entire build process and I would never recommend anyone
