Even though they are listed on red Max‘s website as a crown dealer they do not allow you to order parts directly through them and will only service your machines. Follow Up: Called Red Max, as a”Crown Dealer” They are supposed to sell parts to all Red Max customers.

I went in to ask questions about a bobcat zero turn. And the guy who help me was so unhelpful and rude. And just didn’t want to help me and it seemed to do with my age probably. I will not be back for anything. Extremely disappointed as I brought my first zero turn from them and everyone was great and friendly. Was trying to give them repeat business.
