After contracting Campos Carpenters to address water ingress issues in my basement, concerns quickly arose regarding their level of service. Despite assurances from Carlos regarding the necessity of additional concrete work to mitigate water entry, the final outcome did not align with expectations. The project, encompassing both waterproofing and the installation of a concrete slab, encountered delays and resulted in substandard craftsmanship. Communication regarding the project's progress and potential additional costs was lacking, further complicating matters. Post-completion, deficiencies in the work became evident, including unaddressed aesthetic concerns and unresolved water infiltration. Carlos and his crew are amazing! They are responsive, do great work, finished projects in a timely manner, and affordable. Most of all, they are just good people. They just finished our basement (which was no small feat) and did an incredible job.
