Can Do Maintenance

Can Do Maintenance was prompt, professional, and thorough for roof inspection I requested. I have used them in the past for gutter work, exterior trim and drywall. They provide quality work and service.

We are thrilled with the work that Allan, Ricky and Antwan completed on our kitchen and master bath remodeling. We received a few bids for the job and Can-Do was aligned with what we expected. We had 3 small change requests during the course of construction which we discussed in advance. Our budget came in right on the estimate provided with less than 0.5% in change orders that were design-related and our choice (tiled the shower ceiling, added an additional room to the painting and we knowingly chose tile above the allotment in the budget). They provided a start date and started on that day! The scheduling of the sub-contractors was seamless and we had no delays ending in the 8 weeks Allan estimated. All 3 of these gentlemen were courteous, responsive, and meticulous with their work

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Can Do Maintenance. Loren showed up shortly after calling for a quote and their quote was the best we received. The communication from the company was great and scheduling our roof replacement was simple. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned up all areas around our home. Our roof looks great and we are extremely satisfied with our experience with this company. We wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them!

Had a great experience getting a new metal roof and gutters. Loren is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made sure I knew what all my options were. Everyone I spoke to in the office was responsive and friendly too. I would work with them again!

Loren Lamson was very professional and had the job finished as quickly as possible. His men that did the installation on our gutters were very nice and work was completed in a timely manner.
