HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer Service. The OWNER hung up on me. His name is Jeff. He is extremely condescending and not helpful at all. I have never ever had a worse experience with a company before, and I also have not written many, if any, bad reviews. I just need people to know that this man was awful, and I would highly recommend staying as far away from this company as humanly possible. For context, we have a 30-acre farm on which we have a small chunk of pasture that needs irrigation. There is a well on the property that has not been in use for several years, but it still flows well and has clean water. Canfield constructed a well for our farm. They performed test hole drilling, collaborated with consultants hired by us, drilled our well, and set the pump. They are a quality family business. Constructing wells is difficult. There a lot of factors that aren't known going into the process. We thought they were fair, willing to teach, and worked hard to get our well the best results possible. Their extensive experience in the industry helped me understand the factors at play and I feel like they maximized our results. Thank you to Joel, Jeff, Craig, their crews, and the office staff for guiding us through the process.

I believe the owner has a problem all set up to use their service Now they have no interest in doing work. I am amazed.They are still in business

Beware using Canfield Well Service! Our experience with this company has been a nightmare. We hired and gave a deposit to Canfield to drill a new well the first week of November, prior to our home being completed in December. They began work on schedule, but soon after, they informed us the drill broke and needed repair. The next week, the well collapsed. They assured us they were fixing the equipment and would be back as soon as the drill was repaired to re-drill a new well. But unfortunately this has never happened. Communication with them became extremely frustrating. They would not reply to our messages and the few times they did, they would commit to a day to come out and then reschedule at the last minute or not show up at all. I have dealt with two employees there and both were unprofessional and condescending. They made it clear that our 650gpm and 1500gpm wells were "beneath" them and they did not want to be bothered with them even though they originally installed them. Never again!
