Cannady Brothers Well Drilling / C&C Septic Tank Service

As a local home builder in the area we use this company quite often for wells and septic systems. The knowledge from Ron and his crew is unmatched. I’ve had nothing but great experiences every job we use them on and I won’t use anyone else in the area for our customers homes. They take pride in their work and it shows!

Great professional family operation will do everything possible to help their customers. I am very satisfied with my new well and filter system. Would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their water.

In August 2025 had new septic lines done. Job itself was fine. Was VERY displeased w/way yard was left after covering tank. Too much dirt was left beyond side where hole was dug. Dirt was hard and I could not rake it onto spot covering tank. Told that was way yard looked afterwards. I felt operated could have used backhoe like a rake and put more of dirt on top of tank. Told he had 25 yrs service and knew what he was doing. (25 yrs. making mouse traps should produce a better one at some point and time). Anyway, wasn't pleased with way yard looked, and looks today. Just beginning to see a place indicating side of hole. Also, had a copper pipe from gas heat, that was dug up (about 6 feet - have pic of it) and was told they covered it back up. This is one of the best companies I've ever worked with! Having to dig a new well with me being in Michigan and doing everything over the phone, they made it so easy on me! I recommend them highly! Laura and Ron are amazing! You'd be stupid to go anywhere else!!!
