This is how projects should go. Evan Hollis came to our home, assessed the situation, and clearly explained the issue using photo and video evidence of our cracked joists. He developed a solid game plan, and Brayan and his team executed it flawlessly. Communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal. I wish more companies operated this way. I highly recommend Cantey Foundation Specialists and am especially pleased with the work of Evan and Brayan’s team.

Chris Gayle’s and all of his crew with the almighty crew chief Jose did a top notch job from the 1st time Chris Gayle’s came into my house to talk to my mother and father and explain everything they where gonna do in minute detail because that was what was expected after the initial inspection of the crawl space to the encapsulation….way to go guys you all did a very professional job and overall attitude of everyone with everything involved was very down to earth and if anyone had questions they where answered very promptly and efficiently…so yea I would recommend Mr.Gayles and his crew to handle anything they could in my house. 10 out of 10 stars rating

José Martínez and his crew did a great job cleaning the crawl space, replacing a beam and joists, and encapsulating the crawl space. They got a lot of work done well! They were friendly and professional!

Edgar and his team were great in the aspect of getting my basement waterproofed better by coming out a second time in a month by inserting a drain by my garage door that was allowing a lot of water into my basement. Edgar and his team’s work looks vastly different from the work I had done previously a month ago. Their work looks professional. The work from a month ago looks botched and… not professional. I’ve attached photos. The company itself I’m not overly impressed with. I specifically asked for the sump pump and everything that needed to be done right the first time around so that I could avoid having water come into my basement, and not have to have then come out a second time.
