Canvas Freaks Llc

Bought a painting for my wife as a Christmas gift from Canvas Freaks. The purchase was made a couple of months prior to the holidays and I didn't open the box to check the quality of the paintings. When my wife opened them, the paintings looked very cheap with very little detail. I was actually embarrassed that I gave this as her main gift. I reached out to Canvas Freaks by email and told them that I was unhappy with the pictures and that I wanted to return them. They said that it was past the 30 day return window and I could not return them. They would not make an exception even after I explained that this was a gift. They offered an exchange which I agreed to in email. This is where the story goes downhill. I have emailed and called them numerous times to exchange the paintings

They stated guaranteed delivery for Christmas and I placed my order on December 2nd. I still don't have my pieces (which were supposed to be Christmas gifts) and I reached out to them to refund me my money and cancel the order, which they have yet to respond even a week later. Awful customer service and quite literally feel like they're just trying to rob me at this point.

Company is a scam, They Own PokePets and Animefy me, and are ripping customers off left and right. Do not buy anything from this company, I have been e-mailing for weeks trying to get a response, or refund for a product I have not received.

We have 11 canvases in our showroom made by Canvas Freaks. Love the product and the guys running the company. Took great care of us.

I feel stupid placing this order without checking the reviews. Made the order 3 weeks ago and tracking says it hasn't even shipped yet. I've reached out multiple times and nothing. Placed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Pretty sad...
