Jamie and her staff were very gracious in telling me via phone what I needed to test to get the electrical outlet in my bathroom working. Their suggestion worked. They saved me a $185 trip charge which I guess businesses are now forced to charge. For that I am very grateful. With everything so high priced today I've even decided to increase my own hourly coaching rate from $200 to $300 plus per hour in order to survive in this now expensive world we live in:).
