I recently had the pleasure of working with Rich to resolve an issue with the water heater, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. Rich was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. When I first reached out, he promptly responded and came out the same day. Upon inspection, Rich quickly diagnosed the issue with the water heater. He explained the problem, outlining the necessary steps to fix it. He didn’t try and sell me a new water heater. In addition to their technical skills, Rich was friendly and honest! I highly recommend Rich for any plumbing needs. His professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service set him apart. Rich is fantastic! Dropped everything on a Sunday to come to my home to try to snake a pipe. Didn’t even have the equipment, but he found it. And he didn’t even know me. Just a very nice friendly guy doing what he could to help. He was able to diagnose the issue was off property and we called a city person who then was able to come clear the line. I’ll definitely keep his number close if I need anything again. Thanks for helping so quickly!
