We hadn't planned on doing a deck this past summer. It ended up just being something that lined up with a lot of other projects we were doing trying to clear up the back part of our house and patio. Canyon View does decking in Syracuse and we wanted someone local. Our deck is unbelievably beautiful, the lights are on a timer and it makes it look amazing at night, and it changed the way our big family parties feel now that everyone isn't stuck inside. We loved working with Brady and his team, they were kind and listened when we had a few things we wanted go change or fix. That was important to me. I don't mind if there is an issue or two, that's how home projects go, I just want to know that we can get them resolved. We love our deck, and we loved working with Canyon View.

Canyon View Construction demolished about 1/2 of my large wrap around 19 year old trex deck which had an uneven floor, sagging rails, and part of which needed to be removed due to some foundation work. They reinforced the remaining structure (sistering in additional support beams) and rebuilt the railing using the salvaged trex materials and some new posts. They also replaced some vinyl siding and brought in an electrician for moving the deck lighting. Though not a "new deck", the remaining deck now has an even floor and good railing which meets my needs. I expect it to last another 10-15 years, when I will probably be leaving this house.
