We wanted an attic space converted to a bedroom. John suggested adding a bath to make a suite. Boy, am I glad we did! I couldn't recommend CAPA Builders more highly. The coordination of the HVAC guys, plumbers electricians, carpenters, dry wall and painters, etc. was like a finely tuned machine. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was meticulous. The crews were so lovely, accommodating, AND bonus points for tidiness and clean up. It was about 7 weeks start to finish! I am very happy camper!!!

CAPA Builders is a trustworthy business with guys who really pay attention to the details. John & JC have helped me out with projects around the house for the past decade. The quality of their work is excellent, and the pricing is fair. Whenever I have a situation arise, I contact John and JC, and they promptly come to my rescue. From small projects around the house, like fixing moldings, ceilings, painting a really high area, changing a mailbox, to replacing our roof and fixing a major leak around our chimney, they’ve always come through for us. The most recent project they worked on was from last month (pictured, with before/after) — our cupola was rotting over our garage, and now it looks brand new! Thank you, CAPA Builders!

We used Capa Builders to convert our garage into a living space with full bathroom, install a washer & dryer, install a concrete patio, erect a basketball net and mount a flat screen TV. Every step of the way John was attentive and responsive. He was clear about financial obligations and due dates and, in turn, his work was completed as agreed upon. He and his team were meticulous, trustworthy, considerate and respectful. Their workmanship is beautiful and the execution is exactly as I had dreamed! We have enjoyed many wonderful times in our new living area and outside on the patio, and we owe a debt of gratitude to Capa Builders for helping us to realize our vision for our home! I recommend John and his team without hesitation!

Capa Builders did a wonderful job transforming our wood deck to a Trex deck. The workman were polite, organized and efficient. I highly recommend Capa Builders!

I don't know where to begin..... I originally contacted Capa builders when I was in need of remodeling my mothers bathroom while she was at rehab with minimal time until she returned and Capa came out and completed not only a bathroom remodel but made the bathroom larger with Handicap safety features added to assure mom was ready when she returned home. The bathroom came out AMAZING !!!!! Months later, I made a decision to alter my house with a very large addition to add bedrooms for when my children returned home from college including another bathroom demo/ remodel along with a BEAUTIFUL living room and Master bedroom in my auxiliary suite.
