Our experience with Gutter Monkeys was beyond excellent. We contacted them and someone was out to our home within the next couple days to fit my schedule. I met their estimator , told them what we wanted in terms of color, size, and location and got a very reasonable estimate within 1 day. On the day of installation 4 or 5 installers showed up, the foreman walked around the house with us and I showed him the areas of the home I had concerns about because of water accumulation too near the house, etc. and they went to work and completed the job within 4 hours. The foreman even belly crawled under our new deck to attach a pipe to the down spout to direct water away from a low area near our foundation. Today was a wet, chilly spring day and I did not expect my Gutter Monkey Team led by Bobby arrived early to start phase II of replacing my 30 year old gutters. Their mission was to replace the entire rear gutter system over two runs of our house one of which was a second story repair. The first photo I have attached represents the miracle I asked for them to perform. The next three photos are the before pictures, ugly condition of the wood and old gutters. The original design of our home had cascading drainpipes from the 2nd floor roof down to the lower 1 story roof. We had Gutter Monkey's install new gutters on our home. They were more expensive than other companies but their reputation was good so we decided to pay for value. Unfortunately, since the installation Gutter Monkeys had to come out out to fix the gutters that became dislodged from the roof. It just happened again and we've been told we have to pay $175 for a service charge. We've been told that to keep the warranty Gutter Monkeys would have to do the yearly gutter clean. Their price for this service is really high compared to others. We never were told about this condition of yearly cleaning by them. Guess time I'll read the fine print. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

I never thought I would be so thrilled by something as mundane as gutters, but the Gutter Monkeys have made it so! Excellent experience from start to finish for a full gutter replacement and upgrade. Reasonable prices and communicative staff for scheduling. Highly recommend.

What a great bunch of guys and support staff. Friendly, professional and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Kept me informed every step of the way. Their workmanship and advice was was the best. I had my entire rear gutter system replaced. You won't do better than this company.
