It was a pleasure to meet the owner, Tim. He was at our house within a few days of reaching out. He detailed our choices to replace our failing electric water heater and presented us 2 days later with differing estimates. We ultimately decided to install a tankless gas water heater. The workmen arrived a few weeks later to complete the job. The tradesmen were pleasant and professional. All in all, a great team and glad to have these local people servicing our home.

Cape cod master Plumbers is a very reliable company. I have had more than one excellent experience from scheduling to extremely thorough and well thought out installation. Steve goes out of his way to make sure nothing gets missed and everything is carefully planned. They are present for all inspections and standby there work.I would highly recommend their services.

I have used Cape Cod Master Plumbers twice now and been extremely satisfied. My plumber was Mike and he was professional and honest. I’m always nervous having a tradesperson in wondering if they’ll tell me I need work I don’t, but this was not the case at all. I highly recommend. I believe their prices are in line with all plumbers.

Highly recommend! Mike was great! Answered all my questions gave me suggestions and I 100% felt like he was honest and wasn’t trying to do work that I didn’t need. He even informed me some of the things I asked for weren’t needed.
