Cape Cod Mechanical Systems

A longtime visitor to the Cape, I purchased a home this year and needed HVAC updates. After receiving quotes from a number of vendors, I selected CC Mechanical. Their prices were competitive, and the pre-sale conversations were informative, detailed, and tailored to my requests and needs. This being an older home, CC Mechanical replaced my gas boiler, installed a new mini split, cleaned up an old mini split, and installed a water shutoff system. They worked around our staff and kiddos and finished quickly to ensure we had working toilets for the school. We are very thankful!

We drove to our home in West Yarmouth this past Saturday (right after Thanksgiving), to find our house had no heat, we called & the answering service took our message & Shane called me back TEN minutes later, he arrived at our house 20 minutes later, was familiar with our gas furnace, and quickly spotted the problem & soon after we had heat!!! Two toilets with different issues were repaired as well as a pop up drain installed in bathroom sink. Work was completed efficiently and everything works great. Steve was personable and friendly and explained issues we were having and options for how they needed to be repaired. He also investigated a tub drain for us and explained our options. Very Happy.

Our first experience with Cape Cod Mechanical was a call I made to them about an issue we were having. Ken said there was no need to call a plumber and told me how to resolve the issue. We've had them out a few times since to make updates to our plumbing and each of the plumbers has been on time, professional, and courteous. Steve finished another job today and aced it again.
