Terrible work, the employees are always angry. I’ve seen over 100 houses done by these guys and every job gets worse.

Called several times and it took weeks for them to get me a price, $3000., told them to do the job because price seemed pretty good and they never got back to me with a date even after calling them for a MONTH, finally just did it myself and saved $1500. So at the end of the day i am happy they never got back to me. I should have read these reviews b4 calling them because It seems they leave a lot of unhappy customers.

Decent prices for purchasing wholesale and installation but terrible with communication when attempting to follow-up on quotes, might be too busy for small projects. Best used as a contractor not home owner.

Have called several times, no call back. Red lion called back and drove down from Barrington to do the job. Wanted to keep the money local but guess it wasn't green enough for them.

Craig a cape insulation tech was a very informed , hard worker. He spent time explaining our situation and guaranteed the job would be completed on schedule. He worked 10 to 3 solo and was very polite and cleaned up the job site. I highly recommend Cape Insulation, especially their technician Craig.
