Inexperienced CDL drivers, bad phone etiquette, massacred access pathway and operations manager unwilling to compromise for customer longevity. Operations manager won't take responsibility for inexperienced driver getting stuck and tearing up neighbors lawn.

Very courteous and helpful staff. The office staff encouraged me to check their Dennis lot for shells as they had a shipment today. I was successful in securing a yard.

Bad business. Do not use for fire wood!!! We paid for half cord of horrible firewood. --- And rumors are that they raised their fees to price gouge after the recent storm. We are all in shock at the lack of self awareness.
