Frank came out today and did a great job on my refrigerator just wanted to say thanks. I would highly recommend.

Assumed price quote would be reasonable due to them being recommended but markup for parts and labor costs were excessive. Reason given was that they did not know if they would run into issues. They did not, so charges were excessive. Get hourly quotes from them.

Capital Appliance did a great job repairing both our washer and dryer. Frank responded quickly to my call, was here and had repair done within 24 hours. Frank is honest, fair, professional and does excellent work. He leaves everything immaculate when he’s finished his work, and he’s respectful of our home, making sure to keep his shoes covered.
