My partner and I had a fantastic experience working with Rod and Bram at Capital Carpet Gallery. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the start. We spent a lot of time and multiple visits talking through options and budget, and they were very patient in helping us land on the right carpet for our house without any pressure. Not to mention they blew home depot's cost estimate out of the water. The installation team was also excellent. They were professional, careful, and handled extremely heavy furniture without any issues. Everything was done thoughtfully and the final result looks amazing. Overall, the entire process was smooth and low stress, especially considering how stressful a project like this can typically be. I honestly cannot say enough good things

I had a great experience working with Bram at Capital Carpet Gallery. He was engaged and customer-focused every step of the way. He ordered a few rounds of large samples to help me decide on a new stair runner. I had a specific look I was going for, and Capital Carpet went above and beyond to make it happen. Install was great too. I was concerned about the top stair transition, so the installer involved me with their method, asking questions and got my input to ensure I would be happy with the outcome. I couldn’t be happier with my custom stair runner. It truly transformed my old staircase. See pics!

Rod and his installation team are amazing. We had an unexpected basement tear out due to water damage and needed to replace basement flooring. I picked flooring that would have been “good enough” but Rod selected something that is not just an excellent match for the rest of the house but so much more elegant. I was in a hurry to get things done and so appreciated his patience and coming to us with other options. He came to our house several times with samples to review and select. The installation team was amazing—so professional, conscientious and exact on every detail. And fast!! It looks so much better than I had imagined and it’s going to be such a pleasure every time we are there. Our deepest gratitude for all the team’s outstanding service.

We had a wonderful experience from the second we walked into the store! We found so many flooring samples we liked, took forever to finally choose one, and then once we were ready to go, it was so quick and easy! Our flooring was ordered and installed in under two weeks. The installers were fantastic. Rod answered every question we had and was so helpful and responsive. He is just a genuinely kind person, and his son also. I am SO thankful we picked to work with this company and would highly recommend them to everyone! Our flooring is just perfect!!!
