Capital Center Garage

I parked here on a Saturday evening and tried to return to get my car to go home after a night out. The building was locked down tight! Very hard to find anyone to reach to ask for help and had to Uber home. If the garage is closed on the weekends, then why did the machine give me a parking pass and let me in?? The light up sign also said “open”. Have to wait until Monday morning to even find out how to get my car back…can’t imagine what I might be charged for parking… Don’t park here on the weekends.

Someone claiming to be the manager of this garage attacked me in the garage- reaching into my car to grab my card, my steering wheel, and my person, not to mention the hour and a half he spent trying to get into my car while I frantically tried to reach ANYBODY connected to this garage. Not only did security not answer (necessitating a call to the police, who had to threaten this man with arrest to keep him from further assaulting me),my complaint was never followed up on. If you have the option, parking at the Scottish cathedral is far cheaper, nicer, and nearly as well-located. Just my two cents!

If you want to be stranded without a car. This is the best garage for that. Cheap with no one to contact. I would actively avoid this lot at all costs.
