Parked in my apartment complexes lot for 30 minutes blocking my car in. As well they knocked over a recycling bins leaving debris all over the lot. Not to mention they were not moving anyone in my complex decided to just park in our PRIVATE LOT for some reason.

We had an amazing experience moving from N.C. to Colorado with this Atlas affiliated company. Everything arrived in great condition! The crew worked very hard and tried to make sure everything was packed correctly. Also had a car transported with no issues. Everything was on schedule and punctual as promised. I recommend this company for NC moves.

I would give ZERO STARS if it were an option. My employer's (Nissan North America) relocation company (Altair Global) made the mistake of allowing Daniels Moving and storage to store all of my personal belongings for a period of about one month while I transitioned from FL to NC. After closing on a new home, I called to have my stored items delivered to me. They cancelled at the last minute. Upon rescheduling they delivered in multiple trucks over a period of several days. They lost part of my bed for several days. When found, they delivered and asked to use my tools to reassemble. These guys are losers!!! In June 2018, we hired Daniel’s Moving and Storage, Inc. Raleigh/Durham to facilitate our move from Greensboro, NC to Johnson City, TN. Our move was terrible, and we were very dissatisfied with: 1) the lack of care in loading the furniture on the van at the point of origin which resulted in nine (9) pieces of broken valuable family furniture, and 2) the lack of response from the manager, Pete Kolp, and Relocation Consultant, Remington Dickson relating to the broken furniture and the unauthorized, additional charges in the amount of ninety-five dollars ($95.00) charged to our credit card without our consent on June 15, 2018. NC -->AZ We had a terrible experience with this company. Nothing but lies. Our delivery was scheduled for January 4 from the beginning. We received an email wanting payment of nearly $8k. They verified our delivery for the next day between 8 an 10 am. We get a call on delivery day at 7:40 am saying oh sorry, your stuff is delayed. The intake coordinator said she had been in contact with the driver since pickup and everything was on schedule. That was a lie. Er asked the driver when he delivered our stuff and he had not spoken to her the entire trip. We have about 12 boxes missing, missed 2 days of work and a whole lot of inconvenience. We're waiting to hear back from the complaint we filed with BBB and Attorney General. Do yourself a favor, use someone else. It's not worth the headache.
