Capital Well Clean Water Center

Our home water pressure shut off completely on a Sunday (of course). I was able to speak with Nick at Capital within an hour or so that day, and just like that given the priority, we were on the schedule the next day. Our 26 year old pump finally had failed and it ended up Nick was also our service technician who came out to check and replace it. Within 30 hours of being completely down on a Sunday we had water before dark on Monday. Very friendly and eager to answer questions and explain the options for a new pump, pricing, and then the process of flushing our the lines and getting back to 100%. Happy to recommend Capital Well to anyone.

Capital Well guys were FANTASTIC! Jake called within a day of me putting in my online request. They performed the work that they said they were going to perform within a week- the well head and water treatment were installed correctly and the water treatment worked. The price was way less than I had anticipated. Professional and courteous! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Shawn Nichols was extremely professional and highly competent. Capital Well installed my drilled well in 1994. replaced the pump about 15 years ago and now just replaced it again. All went great but your pricing is excessively high as compared to other well companies in the ares. I didn’t check around before I called Capital but have since. Because of the unnecessary high cost from Capital Well, I am thinking that next time it would be prudent to contract with another company, with a good reputation, but more competitive pricing. I think you should review and rethink your pricing. and maintain your loyal customer base. The word around is that CW does good work but is really expensive. Now I can personally agree with that. Can't get much better than Capital Well. Had our well pump, pressure tank, and water filter replaced last year and just had an annual inspection and service today. In both cases, every employee...from the initial contact, to the project manager, to the installers and service tech, was courteous, explained the procedures, kept us informed, and answered our questions in non-technical language. Price was better than their competitors for the quality equipment they installed. Unconditionally recommend Capital Well.
