Found Capital Cleaning on Google, had a big job that needed to be done promptly. I expressed to her the urgency and the rushed deadline, she didn't hesitate, she was out that very day to bid the job and started the next morning.. I was very impressed and satisfied with her work, not to mention she beat the deadline.The job was above expectations, she was very polite and on time. I would recommend Capital Cleaning.

I had an eviction in a rental property that I owned that was a catastrophic disaster like something out of the movie SEVEN and the disgusting crime scenes, dogs that had never been let out and cats to boot, and by the outside of the house, which was in immaculate condition, and better condition than what I had rented the house, years before, these people either themselves had seeded the whole yard and maintained immaculately the whole time they rented from me, nice clean looking landscape around the whole perimeter of the house, 5 feet away from the house, nice pebble cobblestone expensive rock, but the inside of the house, at is most shallow point had a foot deep of garbage, as the smaller out of the two bedrooms had 3/4 of the room full of garbage waste deep, as did the bathroom, ......i
