Ken completed a whole home inspection and provided a report at the same day that was extremely detailed, thorough, and clear, with comprehensive explanations of every issue found. Please read before committing to Capitol Home Inspections. I will give credit where it’s due. They don’t make many mistakes BUT when they do, they decide to hide behind legal disclaimers and not honor their work. We used them for our pre purchase inspection and they missed a big leak that had created a substantial amount of mold under the tiled master shower. The evidence was visible from under the house without removing insulation etc. The inspector(owner) even told us after the fact that he noticed discoloration on the floor joists and water stains on the vapor barrier of the crawl space but for some reason decided to not take a closer look at the shower or notate in the report that further analysis was needed. This was a big enough item that would have caused us to not buy the house. A

DJ conducted my inspections and each time he was professional. I felt comfortable with him and confident in his knowledge and expertise. The home inspection report was quite easy to navigate and understand, and I can use it as a reference point for future home maintenance if I'd like. Highly recommend Metro Capital! Ray came and inspected a home that I am under contract for. He was very professional, nice, and understanding. He took his time going through everything he was supposed to annd even stopped to explain things to me when I had questions about some damage. He never brushed anything off, and always took the time to explain, in detail, the things he was doing. 10/10 will be recommending Capital Home Inspections to everyone, and will be using them again if needed in the future!

Ken performed the pre-drywall inspection for our new build. He was very thorough, as well as informative. We really appreciated his input and the report was helpful in addressing items which needed it. He gave us great advice which we used.
