Can’t thank Captain’s Cooling company enough!!! Teresa and her crew came out and assessed my old furnace and gave me a great deal on a new one. Had it installed and heating the same day!! Was so worried about the freezing weather coming our way and she and the guys took all that stress away. They were very professional and customer driven, they ensured everything was done right and made sure we were happy and warm by the time they left. The service they give is rare to find nowadays and I’m grateful that I found them after having several companies out. Would recommend them to anyone. Even followed up the next day to make sure there were no issues. I am always recommended them to everyone I know. Thank you Captain’s Cooling and especially to Teresa and her guys. Excellent work!!

My AC stopped working overnight so I gave Randy a call for help on a Saturday. In less than 30 minutes his service agent called me back and was to my house less than 30 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed my problem and had my air back on in less than that. Under 2 hrs total! Thanks so much!

Randy came out a few months ago and gave me a quote on a complete new ac/furnace system. He got it installed a couple of weeks later. I called Randy about two months later because the compressor was making a strange sound when it shut down. Randy came out immediately and listened to it and didn't like what he heard. He sent the video of the unit shutting down to American Standard before he left and within 5 minutes called me back to tell me they are going to replace it. Four days later he had the outside unit replaced. This company has great pricing and really great service. Thanks Randy.

Randy is the best! He installed my A/C back in 2009 and also services my parents’ house. He returns calls promptly and his services are reasonably priced. A great guy that has a great crew. Thanks for always being there for us!

FANTASTIC experience with this company ! We had 2 AC units installed & were very impressed with the owner, supervisor and the installers .They both came out twice on the day of installation. We received 4 estimates and Captain Cool won our business! We highly recommend!
