Wish I could give a zero. Absolutely worse experience in my life. Forced me to pay $235 for a key that didn't work but so called "completed services" by calling the cops. Not to mention the damage she did to my vehicle and the constant unprofessionalism shown by her calling me names due to me informing her she didn't complete services correctly. I will never go to or recommend her to anyone.
