Caravan Rugs Cleaning

The two gentlemen who picked up and then delivered our rugs after cleaning were exceptionally respectful of our home and placed the rugs precisely where we asked them to without question. They also moved our furniture when picking up as well as dropping off the rugs which was massively helpful since my husband and I are in our 60s and not as spry as we used to be! I would absolutely recommend their company for future rug cleanings as the Four rugs they cleaned were pristine and smelled wonderful.

I just sent two rugs with Caravan rugs. They picked them up this time due to the bad weather we have had. They were on time and always do quality cleaning on my antique or vintage rugs. I will not trust them to anyone else.I have not paid yet but they are reasonable.

Caravan Rugs cleaned my oriental rug after I spilled coffee on it. They were so easy to work with, they picked up and delivered my rug. It took a shorter time than expected. They moved my furniture and set the rug up like I wanted it. The rug looks beautiful and it feels so nice to walk on. I would definitely use them again in the future!

While out of the country, our poor dog was sick- 1st photos were after both a bissell & rug doctor rental. I thought hope was lost & I had to let this wool rug go. After trying to find someone to give it a last shot professionally, Caravan Rugs was HIGHLY recommended by another professional who was sure if there was hope it was with them. Every interaction was very nice. They were able to pick it up while we were still away, and upon return it looks brand new! NO signs of discoloration anywhere. I can’t say enough about this business, saved our 3k rug- otherwise lost. Delivery guys also very nice. With gratitude

I needed a rug cleaning and pet treatment after multiple accidents from my senior pup with incontinence and I could not get the odor out with my Bissell carpet cleaner. The rug looks brand new and smells great, like there were never dogs on it 😂 They were very communicative and moved all my living room furniture around to lay down the rug on its return. Highly recommend for the pick up and drop off service alone. This rug was big, 10x14, and the cost reflected that but was reasonable to me, and saved the rug from a landfill.
