I hired Carabaja & Son’s to install a side fence and backyard fence. Unfortunately, the quality of work and customer service were extremely disappointing. Most of what was agreed to was verbal, with no written contract, despite a signed invoice proving payment. I specifically asked about warranty coverage and was told the work was covered for up to ten years for workmanship issues. This was later contradicted. During installation, the fence was not properly leveled. When I questioned this, I was told “your ground is not leveled,” and part of my fence was simply resting on a brick instead of being installed correctly. I also asked that weld points be spray-painted to prevent rust, as discussed during our agreement. Mr. Carabaja stated this was unnecessary because they used “galvanized st
