Complete SCAM. We feel incredibly violated. No cleaning was done . They asked for cash or a check . Wish I’d cancelled the check in time . They promised to return when I called immediately after finding nothing had been cleaned . Goodbye to $325. Bad Karma coming there way .

Although I’m nearly certain that this isn’t a real company, and is just a scam with a handful of fake reviews, I feel compelled to leave a review. Assuming this is a real company, they have to be the most unprofessional business I have ever interacted with. After paying the invoice after booking, before completion of the cleaning service (yea maybe that was a red flag), I expected them to arrive at 10am. No communication, and a dozen attempts to get in touch later, I’m informed that they are running late and will be there between 12-1, they again didn’t show up. An hour later I’m told that I will be receiving an updated eta and that “my apartment will be cleaned today”. It wasn’t, and that was the last I heard from them. Stay away, this is not a real business

This is a SCAM Company! Do not use! They cashed my check for $625 but never showed. No response either. They seem nice on the phone but they are crooks. Next stop is the Better Business Bureau of CO to report them. They must use their theft to optimize their search results for their company as Google brings them up #2 or #3 for the Carbondale CO area. Will inform Google that they r a scam.

This is a fraudulent business. Ignoring calls, didn't do any cleaning work besides spray some scent... was supposed to do a full unit turnover and didn't do even the most obvious surfaces and corners... Now not returning calls after saying they would bring cleaners back later this week. Called from a different number (which they answered) and after referencing our address and concern, was hung up on. Required cash or check up front, should've been a red flag I guess. Save yourself the headache and avoid this scam.

This is a SCAM. STAY AWAY. This is not a real business. They came to our place, took the check, sprayed a scent and left. No cleaning at all was done. They said they would come back as they "guarantee" the service. Once they cashed the check, they never responded to our calls or texts. My husband called on his phone, they picked up, when they realized who it was when we asked when they were coming to finish the job, they hung up immediately.
