Disappointing that you pay $9,000.00 for an insulation job & they staple it to the wall and around eaves & ceiling. You bring to their attention that the air from eaves blows the barrier loose and staples don’t hold it. They come in , after you complain and say that your fix (2x2 drilled accross studs) is what they would do. Then why don’t you install it that way or a better correct way from the get go? Why is it my job as the customer to ensure that the white barrier stays secured to walls and ceiling?! Seems pretty unacceptable.

Highly recommend USI,,salesman Gregory was Awsume to work with,,, he was the only insulation salesperson to tell me about the rebate on doing basement walls. So happy with them.

Amazing Experience! Worked with Cody and Chris, who were very professional and did an amazing job touching up the insulation in my new home. The original contractors (not USI) had missed several spots and the temperature in our home would vary significantly from room to room. Cody and Chris came on time and were very careful to ensure that they didn't leave any mess. They touched up the insulation and even put in a bit extra to ensure that we wouldn't have any issues. I will definitely be using USI for any future insulation services.

I hired USI to insulate my garage and they did a fantastic job. They blew in r38 in the attic and filled the walls. The walls are sheet rocked so they cored holes and blew the insulation into the cavities. Great price from RJ and the installers were friendly and professional. They left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will definitely use them again

RJ at USI Cardall’s is great to work with. I have worked with RJ on a few projects now and every time he works with me to get exactly what I want and answers all my questions.
