HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like some other people below said, we were initially very happy with the fence and our gate. Despite cardinal having a major lack of communication with 1-800 dig. Not even six months after our gate wouldn’t shut. The posts aren’t level and the latch is nowhere near being able to attach. We contacted them at a minimum six times(probably more) and each time he told us he would stop by. No surprise he never stopped by and stopped returning any of our phone calls. If zero stars was an option that’s what I would have chose.

Did a very quick job on our fence and were initially very happy , after 6 weeks two main upright posts on one side started warping very bad and bowing into our neighbors yard, we called and they said they would be out the next day to look at it. Never showed. Called a few days later said the same thing. Never showed. Called third time and asked nicely about coming again and he apologized and would personally be there the next morning at 9 am, never showed. The fence looked at first but they do not honor warranty statements. Have called since then to discuss this and they will not answer now. This fence is less then 10 Months old

I just love working with Cardinal fence they were very communicational and most definitely polite. They kept me informed with everything on the behalf of my fence. My fence was installed Nov 21, 2022. Guy is the person I worked with and I will refer him to anyone. Very nice respectful man.

Accepted bid March 2025 never showed up now it is October and I have been requesting a refund for over a month. It is not worth it. I called Raatz fence any they are doing a great job and even cheaper don't waste your time and money with Cardinal. And for those of you who like who are waiting on your deposit do not give up, do not let them steal from you.

I’m not you’re average DIY guy. Finding chain link fence posts that we’re better quality than the box stores was important to me. Cardinal Fence understood that and was very helpful. Pete sat down with me and talked about the importance of some items and the practicality of other items. At the end of the day I have a high quality product that I’m confident will last for many years. I’m extremely satisfied with the delivery service of my materials. This made my project convenient for me to install myself. My gates fit perfectly in place! This is not a box store. If you want to deal with a kind and professional fence contractor then this is the place for you.
