Cardinal keeps you informed about when they expect their technicians to arrive and even sends text about who will be arriving. I've had several systems (HVAC, hot water heater, water softener...) replaced by them and I am happy with the quality of the equipment and the professionalism of all the technicians I have interacted with. They are throughout and informative and take care not to leave any mess.

We have utilized Cardinal Heating and Cooling for both an electrical upgrade and their comprehensive heating and cooling services. Nick, one of their furnace technicians, recently performed an upgrade on our furnace, replacing several aged components and installing a new digital thermostat. We are consistently satisfied with their competitive pricing and exceptional service, and we wholeheartedly recommend Cardinal to anyone needing their services.

My review is about Mike who works for Cardinal. Mike had just finished up with a customer in our neighborhood and was driving by my house and saw that I was outside trying to shovel the recent icy snow. I am 63 years old and it was pretty slick out and Mike stopped and offered to help since he had time before his next appointment. He grabbed a shovel and worked alongside me and helped me shovel my driveway. Cardinal really employed a great man when they employed Mike. He made my day and my Christmas and renewed my faith in people. His generosity and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you Mike. If I need electrical services or heating Cardinal will be who I call and it’s because of Mike

The Cardinal team was great to work with. They had a technician out to check our furnace within hours and they verified his arrival time as soon as they scheduled him. Nathan was able to diagnose and address the issue right away and was able to get our furnace into top working condition quickly. He offered several suggestions and options and we definitely felt like we were “educated” rather than “sold” so that we were able to choose the right solution for us. He was neat, thorough and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend the Cardinal team.

Evan was amazing & professional. He allowed me to hang with him the entire time he was inspecting my 15 year old furnace. There were 2 major concerns & a few other concerns that he showed me, took pictures of all & we discussed options to repair or replace the furnace. I've been so grateful that every Cardinal Technician lets me be present and answers all of my questions when they are inspecting my furnace & central air conditioner.
