Had a contractor appreciation event/product demo day at Cardinal Home Center. Really easy going team and excellent experience for the nationwide tour. They have tons of great products inside too. Stay blessed people!

Horrible materials. As a fence installer my materials must be high quality. Boards are covered in mold, severely cracked and checked. When I spoke with them they said too bad. The boards were cut horribly on ends as well. Very very disappointed. Multiple bundles of boards and posts averaged 25% unusable.

Fast response from Cardinal Home Center. I needed 25 fence 16' boards and John helped me choose among the 6 wood options and then get them delivered the next morning at 0730. Of the 25 boards, 22 were excellent quality, 3 were low quality. I walked through all the aisles and found more than I expected. It's the largest selection of Milwaukee power tools I've ever seen. It's close to my property and I appreciated the very good service. I'll definitely be back.

Cardinal Home Center provided me with exceptional service that would be difficult to find at any other big box store. The staff are knowledgable, attentive and make it clear that the customer is important, and they are just generally kind people to deal with. On top of that, the prices are extremely competitive with a majority of the items actually lower than the other places as well. If you are looking for lumber, this has to be your first stop. The quality and quantity is unmatched and they load it up for you as well. This place is definitely worth a few extra minutes drive.

We rented an excavator from Cardinal for some outdoor projects. The customer service by the staff, especially Jimmy and Josh, were absolutely excellent. Those two gentlemen definitely understand the concept of phenomenal customer service. We cannot recommend Cardinal Home Center enough for rental needs.
