We used Cardinal Home Inspection for a property during closing. They were very easy to get ahold of for scheduling on a tight timeline and Aron Schmid was excellent to work with; he was very professional and personable. Find another company, would not recommend. Harvey completed our home inspection and as first time home buyers - we trusted the inspector. However, shortly after moving in we discovered numerous issues. Within 2 months of living in the home, we had a major leak in the sink/vanity in the master bathroom. Our entire vanity had to be removed, and we discovered that the plumbing lines were too high, there were no red and blue lines and the drawer to the vanity was constantly hitting the pipeline. This was a $2,800 job to complete. Since we still had the 90-day warranty with Cardinal, we filed a complaint and were reimbursed $500. We complained and stated that $500 was not enough as it didn’t even cover a quarter of the price to complete the job. They agreed to reimburse us the cost of the inspe
