SUPER nice and were so helpful during what ended up being a Whole week long Ordeal trying to get a replacement car key cut, went above and beyond trying to help solve the issue! Even came down on their day off to help fix the problem, and called multiple times throughout the entire process the week before to offer advice to help attempt to solve the issue more quickly. Would definitely call them for any other lock or key issues I have in the future!

Nice folks, however our main issue was the created a key fob for 2 of our vehicles. Both reflect warnings on the dash panel that will not go away. They never called back with a solution to fix this.

The man that originally owed this doesn’t any longer, that’s where all the bad reviews stem from but with the new owner…Nice ppl fast service, have had them once years ago unlock my car, and in recent years program a key fob bc it was way cheaper than the dealership. Both women did a fantastic job quickly. I HIGHLY recommend!

I would definitely use this business. They are lifesavers.. Shannon was the greatest and was so very helpful. They literally went out of thier way twice to replace keys for two vehicles this week. They are friendly and really know what they are doing. I won't be using or recommending anyone but them ever. Thanks Cardon yall are the best!!!

THE BEST LOCKSMITH EVER!!!! Everyone here is so kind and responded fast to me in my time of need. I’m from Chattanooga okay. I called Shannon to let him know my need and within minutes Crystal arrived. My car key was completely destroyed by a lawn mower. I didn’t have the original copy. She knew just what to do and helped me get a new key within minutes. Mind you I’m not even from here. I live about 6 1/2 hours away. Crystal cared. She was professIonal. And stayed until her service was complete. Mind you she didn’t even have to. CRYSTAL thank you so much for being my angel today. And to Cardon’s take care of her you have a good one. Thank youuuu!
