If you're considering working with Carecraft, think twice. We were led to believe we'd benefit from their so-called "best prices" through their member-owned collective. However, we've discovered that these prices aren't as competitive as advertised. The deals they offer are far from transparent, and it turns out we’re not actually getting the best prices. To make matters worse, we had a $25 bill that, while not paid promptly, was eventually settled. Despite this, Carecraft started charging us $100 a month to "carry" that $25 balance. Yes, $100 a month for a bill that had already been paid. And even after paying the original amount, they've continued to try and collect hundreds of dollars more.
