Worst service in my life. We have fidelity home warranty so they sent Carey overhead doors vendor to us. First my husband was busy at work and can’t answer the phone. We all kept trying to call him back and never answered. Finally the voice message helped us get our appointment booked. He arrived on time, which is very good, but he left in 15 minutes without ANY notice. Just closed the garage door and gone! At that time I thought he may go to the Home Depot for parts. I waited for 1 hour and called him. Luckily he picked the phone and told me he will fixed the door only if we buy a brand new door, which costs more than $2k. We tried to contact home warranty company and got the same answer. We just need you to help us fix the garage opener but all he mentioned is about my door. It turns out
