Extremely satisfied! We recently bought a house with a pool that looked more like a pond. A friend recommended that we contact Caribbean Breeze. Pedro is very knowledgeable and detail-oriented; he provided professional advice and helped us select the right equipment for our pool. He performed an amazing cleaning service, and now we can enjoy this pool. 100% recommended; I wouldn't deal with anyone else.

Pedro was amazing. We sold our home and Pedro took care of the pool after we moved. He took wonderful care of the pool, kept me informed of any issues around the home and took care of several issues discovered after we moved. (Even those that did not affect the pool) I can not describe what a pleasure it was dealing with this very caring friendly company. We bought a home that had a few safety concerns in the pool. Our seller hired this company to install these safety features, to include a safety drain cover. After one and a half months after the home purchase, the drain cover came off. Upon inspection, the screws used were rusted and not the stainless screws usually used in a pool. I called and spoke to Pedro, the owner. He stated that he had another guy do this service and he would get in touch with him to fix. He said it would be warranty work since it should not have came apart in such a short time. He said he would be back in touch with me the next day. That was three weeks ago and four unanswered and unreturned voicemails. He will not return the call or stand by his company's work. We have to hire another pool company to set this
