I am celebrating my daughter’s birthday this weekend and ran into an issue with my pool heater not working. When I called in 3 days prior to the party, I was told it could take up to two weeks for service, but Carol went above and beyond—she was so efficient and got back to me right away, expediting my request within just 2 hours of my call. Russell and Kyle came out shortly after and did a great job fixing the issue. Thanks to their quick response and excellent service, my daughter’s birthday celebration will go as planned. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from Carol, Russell, and Kyle!

We got a new liner and new sand in our filter installed in 2022 and upon opening our pool in 2024 the liner was separating from the wall, ripples on the pool floor and along the walls, gallons of water was found behind the liner, sand on the floor of our pool. Carribean has no Warrantee to cover their poor workmanship, poor quality of work, nor are they willing to acknowledge any wrong doing of such poor work. I communicated my concern with Carribean and they stuck by their original response of ground water it’s the cause, no fault of Carribean. They sent out service technicians. 1. They destroyed the drive on my automatic cover and left it in pieces. Broken cords, cover left open because I didn’t want them to do anymore damage. 2. Greg and Tyrell just closed my pool. I have a tendency to hover over contractors and both were obliged to answer questions. I have a tricky setup which makes installing the safety cover challenging. If they were frustrated at any time you'd never know it. They seemed to take it all in stride. This is the first time the install went perfectly without any pockets in the cover. I followed Greg around and he welcomed it - super personable and very thorough. Love these guys!!

Caribbean replaced our pool liner this summer and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The price was competitive and I was impressed with thier communication and workmanship once the installation process started. There were several people involved in the process and Terry and Tommy went above and beyond to answer my questions and explain why a couple of other minor repairs were required. I had a great experience with Caribbean Pools. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and the person who answered the phone was friendly and extremely helpful. Jason and Nathan McClurg came out to find a leak in my pool, and they were fantastic—very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything they were going to do beforehand and made sure I had the chance to ask any questions. After locating the issue, they clearly explained my options and were able to fix the problem on the spot. Their admin staff is also professional and a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t be happier with their service—highly recommend!
