Carla has been my cleaning lady for several years, and I’ve always appreciated her professionalism, reliability, and the quality of her work. She is on time and thorough in what she does. Over the years, I’ve also referred her to several new clients and even supported her family through volunteering, as I truly valued our working relationship. That’s why I’m disappointed by the recent steep price increase — about 45% this year — especially after steady annual rate hikes in the past. While I understand that costs rise and good work deserves fair pay, this latest jump feels excessive and doesn’t seem to reflect the loyalty and long-term support I’ve provided. Carla remains a skilled cleaner, but I hope she reconsiders how she approaches pricing for her long-time clients.

Carla and her team are very professional and courteous. I just used them to clean a downtown Lowell loft condominium after it was updated to get it ready for sale. They did an excellent job and did it at the promised time. I will definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.
