Just look at this amazing patio Keith from Carlisle Cement Products helped us create! Keith really took his time helping me understand how to order the Travertina for around the spa. Then, I wanted to match the bluestone with a pattern my grandfather used in this home in 1964. I gave Keith all my measurements and he ordered all the correct pieces and helped make sure I had a wide variety of colors. I can not say enough good things about this company! The guys in the office make promises they cant keep, very frustrating company to deal with. Could not recommend anymore. Although I will say Keith trys, he just needs to train his staff better

I wish I could give them zero stars. I stopped in with an idea for stone caps for the ends of a fireplace that I built. I explained what I wanted and the staff said it would not be a problem. I created a mock up out of cardboard of the exact pieces that I wanted and took it back to the office. Once again, they said it would not be a problem. On 4/4/24, a worker called me and gave me a quote to see if I was okay with the price. I was happy with the price and told them to proceed. At that time, I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to complete. On 6/27/24, I called to check on the status and was told that they were behind and it would now take 3-6 months. On 8/15/24, I called and was told that they should have the drawings for me to approve “in a few days and then it would take 2-3 weeks to mak

I called to get names of people to repair our paved patio and the guy could not have been nicer. He gave me 3 names!

Don't know what happened here....been waiting months for updates. Can't get calls returned or emails responded. Has to be something odd because it appears others are not having any issues with this company? Unfortunately not our experience.
