Short story, the side view mirror on the passenger side of my vehicle fell off. I called Faulkner VW and was given a ludicrous price of $275 for just a part without however long it would take them to claim to install it.. So, a friend recommended you guys! I called in and first spoke with Sue who was a delight to speak with. She informed me that she wasn't quite sure whether or not the part I was looking for could be taken care of by Carlisle glass services. But, she also informed me that she believed it was pretty likely they could. So, she took a message for me and had Rodney call me back. Less than a half hour later.
