I wanted to share my experience with Disaster Services and brag on how they took excellent care of me during a terrible experience in my home. Our entire basement was flooded from a septic tank backup. The workers arrived, setup and immediately started the cleanup process. I am pleased with the work and professionalism from the employees on site and the ladies in the office that helped me patiently get the payment from insurance. In the future I would call them again and recommend Disaster Services for sure! Thank you.
No organization, poor management with no certifications. The manager thinks he's knows it all when in reality he knows nothing. His lack of certifications reflects that. Fired the entire water department to bring his inexperienced lover. Wouldn't be surprised if the water department folded. Call Servpro, they'll take care of you
I had a great experience with these guys. I would highly recommend this company if you find that you have an unexpected problem.
