Our roof required replacement after many years. This was not an insurance funded project. All of it came out or our pocket, so we shopped carefully to make sure that we would get a quality job at a reasonable price. Carlon checked all the boxes. First, they were very responsive. Everson Strain, the estimator, is very knowledgeable and patient. Not a high pressure salesman, he made sure that we understood everything we wanted to know about the project. Tommy, the project manager delivered one of the best home services crews that I have encountered. They were polite and customer oriented. And worked with seamless energy. They wore me out just watching them. So, all in all, I feel that I got a good bang for the buck. Quality work for a competitive price.

I have a slate roof, and very few roofing companies have experience or will work on these roofs. Carlon Roofing understands the intricacies of installing and repairing these kinds of roofs, making sure not to damage more slates when replacing broken slates and repairing leaks.

Placed a call for a technician to come out and assess a leak we had over our patio. A technician did come out, but did not communicate anything with my wife or I. Just showed up, and apparently spent three hours performing "repairs" that we we not informed of. No quotes, no signatures, no communication, nothing. Two weeks later, we get a $600 bill out of the blue. Shady practices all around here. Will never use again.

I give them 5 stars for the work performed now and in the past, as well as being reasonably priced. Laborers very nice and personable as well. Only 4 stars though for not being able to schedule a visit with one phone call. I don't like waiting for a callback several days later, and then such a short one-day notice. Seems inconvenient and a bit cumbersome. Would also like to be able to pay online.

Very responsive and timely in receiving quotes and feedback. Got the job on their calendar right away and completed her work fast. Great work and fair prices!!!
