Absolutely exceptional experience! First contact and gentleman was pleasant, helpful and made great suggestions. Set up a visit through Michelle (one of the owners and incredible lady!). The visit took about .30 minutes the gentleman (owner Craig and Anthony) were thorough, explained everything and were fair priced!

If you’re using someone else for your locksmith needs, you’re wrong! They helped me when the retailer couldn’t even open the lock on my truck and made keys. Smooth process & they really know their stuff. 10/10

I needed the key fob for my car programmed. I called in the Carlsbad Village Lock and Key after seeing their van. They had both of my fobs programmed in 30-40 minutes. The staff is super friendly and professional. The shop is full of different keys and accessories you may need. They have an updated computer system and nice clover Point of Sale. I recommend this place as they seem to be honest and straight forward. I will be using them for all of my key and lock needs in the future. No longer will I have keys cut at the big box stores.

Just had Craig from Carlsbad Village Lock & Key install two smart locks in my home. The job was done efficiently and timely and everything worked great. I highly recommend them.

Got a front door deadbolt installed on a front door that didn’t have one. I didn’t want to do the work to get the tools to do this job myself and risk damaging the door. They came in at scheduled time and got it done quickly and cleaned up after the job was done. Overall great experience and would recommend and be using for any future needs.
