I'm a Laryngectomee and everything I breathe goes straight to my lungs. I could hear something click on my furnace but didn't have heat coming from the vents. The company I normally use was no show after I waited all Friday afternoon. My son called them today lady said tech would call him after 2 hours and no call my breathing was getting harder and mucus was drying up no matter what I tried. My Son Jonny called Carmona Air the company he uses they answered the phone and came out within the hour and fixed my furnace. Ryan was very professional and nice and took the time to listen to me using my device to speak. I will use Carmona for now on.

Coldest day of the year so far and blower on furnace stops working. Called Carmona and they had someone out and my furnace working again in around 3 hours. Thank you!!!!

We just had our 40 year old condensing unit and "A" coil replaced, furnace is fine. After getting several bids we went with Carmona air. Fast, fair, friendly service at a good price 👍

This company originally installed my A/C and they did a fair job. However, the coils developed leaks after about 4 year. After several attempts and left messages, I decided to call another company to service and repair my A/C. Each year they send me a Tune-up Special Yellow post card. What is the point of sending out these post card if they are not going to answer the phone. It is really unprofessional for a company to 1.) Not answer the phone to begin with; 2). Let the phone call go to voice mail and not return the phone call. 3). Let your voice mail box fill up, so the customer can't contact you. This company needs to hire someone to answer the phone or use an answering service at the very least.

For new install, furnace & A/C, Carmona Air was THE BEST. Their pricing was great, product was great, and Mike was a joy—very helpful. Thanks!
